Well flooring was very informative, affordable, and speedy floor repair and replacement company! The owner Gustavo is so understanding and was very honest about the work needing to be done. I would recommend him again for any floor service my family or friends would need.
The quality wasn’t the best, but the price was good. Towards the end of the big project was when the quality began to slip. We had a lot of overspray which they never came back to remove and they also never returned to replace/repair the 2 large custom blinds which they broke. They were able to work around my schedule and complete within the timeline given.
I had Well Remodeling work on a large project which included new counter tops, a wall removal, plumping, painting, drywall, and electrical work. It spanned multiple days and multiple sub-contractors for different aspects of the work. It was right after I purchased the home, so the timeline was tight but was no problem and the project suffered from no delays. I picked out the stone I wanted and everything was custom done at my home. They managed every part of the project start to finish to my satisfaction and left me with a good feeling. Will be getting quotes from them on future project scopes, for projects large or small.

Initially, the project was flooring but after seeing their work, I contracted my bathroom and kitchen remodel with beautiful results. Since then, they have become my go-to home improvement company.
The owner, Gustavo communicated well and understood the scope of work we wanted. His crews worked well, cleaned-up, and were very good about touching up areas that needed it. Any remodel job can be stressful, but they made it less so. We replaced wood floor in Master bedroom, enclosed part of the garage and added as living area to the house, replaced counter tops in master and guest bathrooms with painting throughout.
